At the heart of every community
At Carma, we believe people are the heart of every community. Residents become neighbors and neighbors soon become friends. Our goal in establishing the Blanco Vista Homeowner's Association is to build on that spirit of community.
The Blanco Vista HOA is responsible for administrative and financial management, maintaining directors and officers and general liability insurance, and community relations such as arranging social events, creating and maintaining websites and newsletters, covenant control enforcement, design review, and ancillary services such as trash collection through a selected service contractor.
