Blanco Vista Today
The Blanco Vista Community is centered by the Stage One improvements which is Carma’s first phase of the project. As you arrive in the community you are greeted by the magnificent 400 year old heritage oak tree located in the center median of Blanco Vista Boulevard. There is a true sense of arrival to the community. As you continue along the Boulevard you encounter the Blanco Vista Community Center which is the hub of the project.
With a large kid splash pool, junior Olympic size adult swimming pool, two play-scapes and a magnificent pavilion this is a great asset to the community. 
As you continue down the Boulevard the Blanco Vista Elementary School is a key community feature of the development. This is 13 million dollar elementary school facility constructed by the Hays Consolidated School District on 11.5 acres of serviced land donated by Carma. This is truly a tremendous example of Carma’s commitment to their communities.
The community's first builders developing single family detached housing products. These builders were selected by Carma because of their strong history of performance and superior house plans. The products offered are traditional young family starter products, mature single family product and an empty-nester patio home product appealing to the family without children.
